DRIVEN BY PASSION

Litterally born in a restaurant, I have been rock'n'rolling in the crazy hospitality world for seventeen years now. Originally from Quebec City, Australia and New York City has been my second home for a while but Montreal has won that round for now. Studying in Wine and Spirits for nine years, resulting five diplomas from three different organizations and traveling had made the sommelière that I proudly am today. I want to share my passion with the world more than anything.
