Tromba Tequila
The Tromba adventure started when a Canadian and two Australians fell in love with the Mexican culture while backpacking in the country. As it was written in the stars, not too long after that they were producing their own Tequila with the huge help of Marco Cedano, formally master distiller for Don Julio. Distributed by the agency RéZin, Tromba Blanco, Reposade and Anejo will all three rock the shelves of the SAQ this summer. Stay tuned! History
May 5th celebrates the victory of the Mexican Republicain army against the French army in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. This mexican holiday, that honors the local food but mostly the Tequila and Mezcal, is ironically more celebrated in the USA than it's country of origin. A few other countries join the party including, of course, Canada that can as well proudly claim it's own Tequila brand.
